Why are you closed in the winter?
Because I am fully mobile it is hard for me to clean the customer's car in such cold temperatures. Chemicals start to freeze and I don't get the best results when the temperatures are colder. I do however look forward to the spring and building upon my clientele list!
If I call or text you will you answer me?
The best way to get ahold of me and be put on the schedule would be sending me an email from our contact page. I have been receiving a lot of robotic calls and telemarketers, so if I don't answer the call I am usually working with another customer or making sure I am not getting spammed. Please leave a voicemail or if you feel more comfortable send me a text.
Do you Shampoo the Carpets/Seats?
Yes! I use a carpet extractor and the best cleaning products, but It’s not possible to go for perfection. The goal is to make a significant difference. Not every stain or blemish will be removed entirely. At the minimum, it’ll be reduced or minimized. Depending on the severity of the condition.
Do you remove the seats?
I don’t remove seats from the interior. Cars nowadays are more and more complicated to take a part. I am very thorough with my cleaning. I am a detailer not a mechanic.
Does the cleaning include the trunk?
The trunk is always included in the Full Interior Cleaning. The only time we might not clean the trunk is if there’s too much clothes, shoes, toys, and larger items in the trunk. Or unless a customer requests not to have me clean it.
How long does a cleaning usually take?
Depending on the size of the vehicle and the package you choose it could range from 2 to 6 hours.

Will you be able to remove every scratch?
Depending on how deep the scratch is really. If you see bare metal or can feel a deep scratch to the touch it might not be able to come out with just my machine.

On the Elite package how clear will my paint be?
With the all in one compound/polish I use the goal is to get the paint and clear coat as close to or at 60% of the original time the car was made. No guarantees, but I do what I can with the tools and time I have.
How long does my paint protection last with either level 1,2,3,4?
This is an “it depends” kind of answer. After the paint is protected, it comes down to how well you maintain the vehicle afterwards. If you take it through a $5 car wash, you can easily get back to square one in a matter of weeks.
Should I send my car through a car wash?
This is more of a personal decision. If I recently cleaned your vehicle I advise customers to not use a car wash. The time and effort I spent cleaning the vehicle and protecting the outside will be ruined after 1 or 2 times through. Car washes usually tend to create scratches and swirl marks on the paint.
